Looks like PlayStation Network will be getting a huge game of Buzz! trivia pretty soon. It was announced today that PlayStation will be launching a new space in PlayStation Home called Buzz! HQ. The new space will let players chat, meet up with others and take part in 64-player trivia games.
In essence, the massive multiplayer feature will take place on a giant Buzz! trivia buzzer, by selecting an answer your figure will walk to the corresponding color. The winner of the match will be decided over four rounds and there will be exclusive Home prizes that the best players can compete for. The new Buzz! space shouldn't come as a surprise as Microsoft launched their own type of online game show, 1 vs. 100.
You can check out the trailer below for the new Home space.
The trailer doesn't really show that much, but then again, Buzz! Trivia is not the most visual game. No word yet on the time frame of when this will be launched, but it would make sense if it was up and active before E3.
