Chris Priestly, Community Coordinator at BioWare, posted on their official forums, confirming that the upcoming RPG, Dragon Age: Origins, will be getting a short delay.
"Dragon Age: Origins will be released on November 3rd in North America and November 6th in Europe on the Xbox 360® videogame entertainment system and PC. The PLAYSTATION®3 version will follow later in November."
That's about the extent of the post. Still plenty of unanswered questions. Why such a short delay? It's obviously not because of competition, the game's release is now closer to that of the holiday blockbuster games (you know who I'm talking about). Also, why will the PS3 version be delayed longer? EA recently announced that they plan to "aggressively" market Dragon Age. Knowing that an indiscrepancy between consoles could cause an uproar among fans, this may be their way of garnering some additional attention for the game.
