Trine will be coming out on the North American Playstation Store a month after its European release and four months after the PC version.

Developer Frozenbyte has announced an October 22nd release for the PS3 version of Trine in North America. Trine has been intensely anticipated since the 2D adventure game was announced for eventual download on the PS3 and PC. The PC version came out on Steam in July with no word on the PS3 version.

Trine came out on the European Playstation Store two weeks ago and North American gamers have assumed its American release imminent ever since. Trine probably came out on PSN in Europe first because its developer is French.
