Media: Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition - Debut Trailer and Dev Interview
October 2, 2009 | 1:48 PM PST
Though we've already had about a week to learn of the new Wand-enabled Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition and find out all the juicy details there are to know at this time, it seems that Capcom has only now revealed the Japanese debut trailer for the title. Have a look for yourself:
Now Chris, no need to get "cranky."
Capcom*Unity points out that "the brand new scenario in the game involves Spencer, crank puzzles, Chris & Jill, a mansion, and moonlight sonata," and invites the more hardcore fans to check out the Japanese website.
Next up, GameTrailers has a development interview with Capcom Director of Communications, Chris Kramer:
It sounds like Capcom is being very thorough in its implementation of Sony's wand. But it's interesting how secretive Capcom is being with this one-- I wonder what they will offer to the Xbox 360 owners, since it sounds like Project Natal is out of the question.
Too bad the 3D effect of the PC version won't work for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, though.
