Rumor: Guess Who is Getting a New Rock Band Game

No, that's not an invitation to start naming off bands; if what Roger Daltrey says is true, then I guess Who is getting a new Rock Band game. The Who, that is.
During a recent interview with band member Daltrey, the subject of The Beatles: Rock Band came up, leading him to respond "They're going to be doing a Who one next year. There is one planned."
Of course, G4TV is quick to point out that musicians should not necessarily be taken at their word on such matters, especially where the specifics are concerned-- it could just as easily be "Guitar Hero: The Who" as "The Who: Rock Band."
But despite G4's skepticism that anything Daltrey says about The Who starring in their own music game being the truth, he seems quite enthusiastic about the prospect of music gaming in general, unlike some other musicians who have gone on record:
"(The idea) is fabulous. Anything that gets non-musical people interested in music is wonderful. In my opinion, music is our last true great freedom. They can burn our books, they can burn our paintings, but they can't stop us singing and making music."
With music game sales slowing down a bit, however, G4 thinks it is more likely that we could see plenty of The Who downloadable tracks, rather than a full game dedicated to the group.
What do you think? Could The Who support an entire title of their own?
