We all expected it to happen, and now we have solid confirmation. Naughty Dog's co-vice president Christophe Balestra has confirmed that Uncharted 2 is in development.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is one of the most satisfying and enjoyable action/adventure games on any console. By mixing intense shooting scenes, beautifully designed outdoor environments, and one of the most gripping games to date, PS3 owners have played through this title numerous times to unlock all the mysteries hidden within this gem.

Currently, there are no details on Uncharted 2. Let's hope Sony will shed some light on this newly confirmed title in the near future.
