Buzz! Quiz TV: American Culture Add-on
January 28, 2009 | 10:22 PM PST
Buzz! Quiz TV landed a prime time slot for the PS3 and their casual games efforts. A PS2 favorite, it was great to see the series going online and offing more ways to flex your knowledge muscle than ever before. Always fun in a party setting, with a buzzer in hand it is nearly guaranteed you'll have a good time (unless you lose). Much like any title out on the market, you can expect that Buzz! will have its fair share of downloadable content.
Hot off the heels of an historical presidential inauguration, a very timely "American Culture" add-on pack was released on the PSN to all the quiz masters. Five hundred new questions pertaining to everything American will be thrown at you. In context with the original game, it'll just rotate with all the other question categories available after each round.

If you didn't have to go through the PlayStation Store to download the add-on, you'd never know the difference, which means the game stays consistent. It really doesn't matter where the questions come from, all that matters is there are more head-scratchers to ponder. The difficulty level is on par with all the other questions so it'll blend right in without sticking out.
The 500 questions will cost $5.99 (do the math, pretty reasonable per question) at the PlayStation Store and can be downloaded right now.
